Ladies and Gents,
I hope y’all had a good meeting while I was away. It was a tough job, being on the cruise, enjoying a drink with a little umbrella in it, sunny and 86 degrees.
Sue and I discussed the borescope purchase, taking into account the recommendations from Wayne. He suggested that going to a more expensive model adds the features of storing pictures or videos on a memory card for later download. We think the device of choice is the Milwaukee model 2321-21 which has a 9.5 mm camera cable and the ability to store 90 minutes of video or a few thousand photos on a 2Gig card.
The price is $350 for the borescope, and we suggest purchasing a spare battery for $40. If there are no objections, I will purchase the two items and have Dean reimburse me from the MAFIT money.
Additionally, Sue was planning on making a purchase of cans and other evidence goodies. We were going to meet at the trailer tomorrow at 11 AM to take a look around and come up with a list. If you have any ideas of other things we need, please send us an email zippy quick.
Thanks,
Jeffrey Webb – Deputy Chief
