The access to multi-media and the behaviors associated to these influences are becoming more of a concern to Public Safety. Through transparency and training, citizens are encouraged to learn more about open source media.

This purpose is specific for supporting community collaborations through open source media.  The goal is to connect social clicks, groups or neighbors by using existing web-services.  By challenging their beliefs through engaging others, citizens can learn positive behaviors and skills. Lifestyle changes can lead to genuine esteem in self and others. Although this formula for cooperation is not absolute to our purpose for economic preservation,  it leads to genuine self sufficiency.

When communities take advantage of these resources, they are better stewards of their communities.  Power through knowledge is distributed. It is the expansion, rate and quality of this effect through media that leads to community health as a whole.
