Create digital media model Community Pulse that designs or instructs the use of open source or proprietary licensed interactive media platforms for personal or commercial ventures. The purpose is to promote awareness within the community interests or causes key to the client and amplify engagement as a learning culture. The core concept includes mapping features that locates Geo-cache type QR code markers scattered throughout the community.

Dependencies

Solicitation for clientele is required. Clientele would be categorized into groups to determine terms and conditions of level of service:

Privatized non-commercial – Families with heritage, ancestry or legacy

Privatized commercial – Allied for-profit firms or partners needing care marketing advertising

Public – Non-profits , i.e., museums,  looking for interactive kiosk and amusements features

Home school franchise-network to support family edification component*

*A supporting curriculum would be required by local partners in mentoring children or families on techniques investigating and documenting their surroundings in their communities by writing content for points of significance. The culture and heritage aspect of the content will vary with each marker to convey a global message or story unique to each author, yet corroborated to promote the need for responsible media.

Cost and Expectation of ROI:

Cost would depend on category of group and level of service. Administration of data could range from less than 3 hours to develop a portal to a lifetime of support in sustaining the model. Liabilities are that the open source resource is not a guarantee to safeguard products developed under user agreement. ROI could be trended for consumption and modeled for projecting revenues.
