Answer: Both research and learning are the same in respect to developing knowledge, training or skill. As everyone has access to these resources, many are without advantage and lack the awareness as to where and how. Those with nurturing home environments thrive against such odds while others may continue in their malaise to be unaffected, the consequence of the environment.

This poses a barrier to their ability to stay aware of cultures that enhance their experience through situation awareness and adaptation as "learning". Why can't we build infrastructure that brings forward their potential to perform and contribute to a collective whole and not fall through a hole?

The FRECI EDEN mentality promotes each individual as an asset and must be protected as an integral part of the the overall richness of a healthy Collective Whole. Our resources as a Commonwealth are only as good as our awareness in exploiting the timing to bring these opportunities to life through talent efficacy. Cultures determine the scale and scope of that potential. And situational technologies like gaming and social media communities determine digital cultures. These digital cultures impact user behavior as an individual and influence realities of millions all made possible by a insatiable appetite to be entertained.

As access to social platforms shapes behaviors, values and beliefs, now it becomes apparent how digital cultures are an extension of our environment as modern infrastructure.

It is now cost feasible for communities to promote learning activities through free enterprise. With the capability to map different community happenings in real time through social media, these events can now be transparent to the disadvantaged through the public library system.

Yeah...that's going to happen.

Let's change that formula. How about a program that has adults leading the way to make this happen. All it would take is one time..one instance for someone to affirm...someone to care...someone to take a moment to get them started. Once they are in a group setting where genuine affirmation is practiced, then the potential is real.

So these adults, mentors or champions of industry.. many of whom are already launched into their own careers.. will they participate in such venture? They will if they are true to the purpose of philanthropy being more than throwing money at a problem. They are willing to sponsor those with promise into enterprise. With a population of skilled worker retiring and leaving a void, what other solutions is rational?
