Fail:  CB Negistor-not work

I'm curious that does 2 Common base amplifier will form a negistor? for several minutes exploring the topology, i got this schematic. 

if it works, good feature to have:

* Just parallel  identical transistor, easy layout

* Common base topology make high frequency oscillation possible.

* 2 NPN type transistor, easy to find higher Ft transistor.

but both simulation and real hw, it does not work.  qrp-gaijin from motherboard help to done the simulation.
