1 c milk
4 T melted butter
4 eggs, beaten

10 crepes

VEGETABLES

1 lb mushrooms
2 green onions
½ t sweet basil
½ t oregano
½ t garlic salt

Sour cream
¼ lb grated cheddar cheese

4-5 crepes

FRUIT

1 container strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
Banana(s)
Sour cream
Whipped cream

6 crepes

BATTER: Mix all the stuff together and put enough in a pan for a thin layer.
Pan must be medium to medium-high.
The first crepe always turns out funny. Just throw it away.

VEGETABLES: Saute onions and onions in butter, and remove from pan.
Cut up spinach and put in the same pan with spice.
When spinach is about ½ cooked, mix in the mushrooms and onions and cover to finish. Then drain, spread it out sort of flat, and cover the top of the mixture with the cheese to melt. Serve in crepes with sour cream.

FRUIT: Cut up strawberries and bananas, put in bowl, pour pineapple
and syrup over them, add whatever else sounds good, and mix gently.
Put a large spoonful on the left side of a crepe, put sour cream on
top of that. Fold crepe over, and cover the top with whipped cream.
