Handy home tips.    (yes I can spell, but it's just too much work to fix Rapair)

1.  Every kitchen faucet should have a double swivel aerator.

2.  If your garden hose leaks, or has a kink, and you don't want to buy a new one, you need one of these.  You want to cut the bad part out of the hose, soak the ends in boiling water, and spray some Pam on the connector, then put it together again.

3.  If you're driving screws into wood, if you grease 'em first, that makes the job 90% easier.  Bar soap (wet after a shower is nice) will do.  I've never used anything else, although they do sell wax.  And I saw toilet bowl wax ring recommended.   Soap!

4.  If you have a table saw, you want to make a sled for it.  The first is a nice video, but his old sled is just fine.  I've found that the table is pretty square with the saw blade, so that's what I use to square the sled.   Maybe that's not always true, I don't know.  Keep in mind, if you mess up the slot, eg with a dado or an angle cut, you're going to make another sled, with a narrow slot, that you can use all the time.   Watch your fingers.  Yeah, experience.  :(

Finally, I want to build a rip fence to be used inside my sled.

I haven't found a video of that, that I liked.

5.  Replace garbage disposal.  If you look at the lever I built to hold the new unit up to the sink, it makes tightening the nut way easier.
