THOSE seeking a dream township should consider Sutera Damansara as a permanent address. All units feature high ceilings, quality finishes, a wide car porch and spacious guest room.
"Ria III is a proven design endorsed by many of our Ria and Ria II buyers," said Wong.
Ria was launched in 2008 and is now ready for occupation while Ria II was unveiled in 2009 and will be completed in 2011. All the units have been snapped up.
So far, 30 per cent of Ria III have been sold. The units are expected to be completed by 2013.
"With the registration this weekend, I would encourage propective buyers to select their units fast before they are all sold out," said Wong.
The 99-year leasehold Sutera Damansara, which sits on 100 acres and has a gross development value of over RM1 billion, is located close to the 857-acre Kota Damansara Community Forest Park and fringed by the verdant Sutera Springs Linear Park designed to be a favourite recreational spot for families.
The township is also located near urban conveniences such as the 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Tropicana City Mall as well as the Carrefour, Giant and Tesco hypermarkets. Amenities close by include golf courses, schools, shops and financial institutions.
It is accessible via the Damansara-Puchong Expressway, North Klang Valley Expressway and the Middle Ring Road 2 that connect to other parts of PJ.
