An original Edward VII letter box of the Wall C type

Two types were made in this period. On the earliest, made between 1901-1904 the II in the VII do not have the crossbars (serifs) The later boxes do appear as VII, they were made between 1905 and 1910.

The Wall C box was discontinued in 1931.
