James Pidgeon enlisted in 1915 in the Royal Dublin Fusiliers. Later he joined the Labour Corps. At the time of his enlistment he was almost 39, and had 8 children.
Patrick William Scanlon (note he was known in his family as William, but was registered as Patrick) was soldier when he married Margaret Pidgeon in November 1915. He was a corporal and received the 1914-1915 Star together with the Victory and British War medals. Here is his medal card.
Note he was awarded the Silver War Badge for injures received.
John McGrath
John married Mary Anne Pidgeon in 1906. He had already served over 12 years in the Leinster Regiment. In WW1 he enlisted but for 3 months in 1917. He received the Silver War Badge. His army record is in the Military Enlistment Section of this site.

James Tynan married Elizabeth Kirwan in 1915. In 1917 he enlisted with the London Regiment. Here is his medal card. I have included his Will and CWGC information. Elizabeth KIrwan daughter of Edward KIrwan, who was a half brother of Bridget Pidgeon nee Kirwan.
