I am open, empty, luminous being

The light of pure knowing

I am Infinite, eternal being

Imperturbable

I am peace, love, happiness, beauty and understanding

I am the presence of awareness in all experience

I am the substance of all reality

I am nothing - not a thing

Yet appear as everything

I am changeless, yet appearing as constant change

I need nothing, yet offer everything

I impose nothing, yet I am available for everything

I am you
