The Being that we are

Is at ease with the lack of ease

Which arises on behalf of the being

We imagine, believe and feel we are

The Being we are is

Ever-present, infinite, free, at peace

Needing nothing, seeking nothing

Expressing its fullness

Pure Consciousness

The being we imagine, believe and feel we are 

Feels lacking, needy, vulnerable, weak, insecure, afraid

Seeking fulfillment from activities, others, and the world

Fearing diminishment from activities, others, and the world

The dreamed self appears as an entity in time, space, and the world

The Real Self is pure Being in which time, space, the world, and the dreamed self

Come and go, with which they are known, and, ultimately,out of which they are made. 

KNOW THYSELF!
