Rest at ease in the peace of not knowing

For the reality of things is unknowable

It cannot be perceived or conceived

And yet it is what perceiving and conceiving are made of

All we can know is knowing

It is knowing that knows knowing

Knowing is not what we do, it is what we are

Know thyself

The Self is all we do know or can know
