Sometimes when you copy one Google Site to another using "Copy this site" feature, the "Bad-page" is created. This "Bad-page" can neighter be edited nor deleted since the "Edit page" and "More actions" buttons will be non-responding to your mouse click (see the screen shot below). This occurs if there were pages on the original site that had not been saved before site copying. Those unsaved pages in the original site will become bad-pages in the new one.
A workaround to this problem can be done by creating a new page called "Temporary-page" on the new site and set the "Bad-page" as a child of this newly created "Temporary-page".
After deleting the "Temporary-page", the "Bad-page" will also be deleted. To start this trouble shooting, create a new page with a name "Temporary-page" or any name as you will. With this new page created, click on the "More actions"-->"Manage site" buttons as shown below.
Then click on the "Pages" button in the "Site content" section to see the tree structure of pages on the new site. Use your mouse to drag the "Bad-page" and move it to be a child of the "Temporary-page" as shown in the red box below. Return to the site.
Now go back to the "Temporary-page" and click on "More actions"-->"Delete page" buttons to delete the "Temporary-page". This will also delete all children of the "Temporary-page" including the "Bad-page" as shown below.
