QuestionPoint at DVC
Diablo Valley College is transitioning from using LibChat to QuestionPoint as our primary chat service. After reviewing the QuestionPoint documentation provided by OCLC, I found their instructions cumbersome and complicated. During Fall 2017, I created simplified instructions and a screencast to help our DVC librarians learn the essentials of navigating the new chat system.
