LibApps Administrator and Project Manager - DVC

DVC subscribes to LibGuides CMS, and uses this tool to power 99% of the library's website. In spite of this, when I started there, their list of both subject guides and assignment/course guides was very minimal. Part of my responsibilities in 2015-2016 was both administering the SpringShare products that DVC uses (LibGuides, LibAnswers, and LibChat), as well as overseeing the development of as many LibGuides as I could talk the other librarians into producing.  During Fall 2015, I facilitated regular meetings among the librarians to discuss the best practices for subject guides, and how the library wanted to approach creating research guides across the college curriculum.  We developed a list of high-priority guides, and established a systematic plan for their production.
