The Story:
For almost my entire life, people have told me I should write a book. I never imagined it would happen the way it did.
In June 2025, after my morning meditation, I felt inspired to sit down at my laptop. I opened a blank document and simply began typing. Almost immediately, I had the unmistakable sense that I was being guided to write fifteen vignettes—mini books—covering the many facets of self-mastery.
Over the next two weeks, I spent hours each day writing as the words flowed effortlessly. Much of what came through felt deeply inspired, while I also incorporated psychological principles, quantum physics, and supporting research. My intention was to present these concepts in a way that was both easy to understand and easily absorbed by the subconscious mind.
By the end of those two weeks, there was an introductory book and fourteen additional vignettes, each dedicated to one of the Pillars of Self-Mastery. Interestingly, I often felt as though I was learning alongside the reader as I wrote. While I was already familiar with many of the concepts, the experience brought them together in a much deeper and more profound way.
Just one week later, the entire project was unexpectedly put on hold.
My husband suffered a seizure that revealed the cancer we believed he was overcoming had spread to his brain. Less than two months later, he passed away peacefully with me by his side.
Those fifty-three days were filled with hope, heartbreak, uncertainty, miracles, and profound love. I quickly realized that everything I had just written about self-mastery wasn't merely theory—it became the very foundation that helped me support the man I loved while maintaining my own inner balance during the most difficult season of my life.
Looking back, I truly believe this information came into my life exactly when it was needed. It felt like a Divine gift—a reminder that life often prepares us for what lies ahead long before we understand why. Throughout that entire journey, my daily meditation practice became my anchor.
A couple of months after my husband's passing, I returned to the manuscripts. During meditation, I felt guided to combine the fifteen vignettes into one comprehensive book titled Superpowers of Self-Mastery. From there, I copyrighted the material, published it in both digital and print formats, and created a twelve-week virtual program based on its teachings.
The response to that first program was incredibly encouraging. Participants experienced meaningful shifts in their lives, and it became clear that these principles were meant to reach a much broader audience.
As I continued to meditate and reflect, another direction emerged.
I began to see how transformational these same principles could be in the workplace. Imagine organizations where employees are emotionally balanced, self-regulated, effective communicators, and equipped to navigate challenges with greater awareness. Workplaces could become more collaborative, productive, and enjoyable, with less conflict, gossip, jealousy, and burnout. That vision inspired the creation of my corporate employee development program.
At the same time, many people had been encouraging me to offer personal coaching. For years, I focused primarily on intuitive readings and Reiki sessions, but I realized coaching would allow me to help people integrate these principles into their everyday lives in a much deeper, more personalized way.
Today, Superpowers of Self-Mastery is much more than a book. It is the foundation of The Self-Mastery Method™—the framework behind my twelve-week virtual course, the Inner Balance Coaching Program, corporate employee development training, workshops, and future offerings. Each experience is designed to help people create lasting inner balance, emotional resilience, self-regulation, and a life lived from conscious intention rather than unconscious reaction.
