~~~Chakras~~~

We have 7 major energy centers, all with different properties called Chakras. If each chakra is cleaned, filled and in alignment we will reap the benefits of having higher vibration which include clearer mind, healthier body, energized spirit!

1st Chakra (Root) is at the feet (which keeps us connected to Earth) -

        Some Principles: grounding, taking action, survival

        Music Note: C

        Some Body Associations: legs, bones, teeth

        Some Gems: ruby, garnet, bloodstone

        Some Qualities: stability, health, material success

2nd Chakra (Sacral) is at the pelvis

        Some Principles: sexuality, creativity

        Music Note: D

        Some Body Associations: reproductive organs, spleen, bladder

        Some Gems: amber, carnelian, citrine

        Some Qualities: family, balance of giving/receiving, desire

3rd Chakra (Solar Plexus) is below the sternum

        Some Principles: emotions, core of life force

        Music Note: E

        Some Body Associations: nervous system, digestion

        Some Gems: gold topaz, tiger eye

        Some Qualities: personal power, authority, humor

4th Chakra (Heart)is at the center of the chest

        Some Principles: love, energizes blood & physical body

        Music Note: F

        Some Body Associations: heart, circulation, lungs

        Some Gems: emerald, malachite, rose quartz

        Some Qualities: love, forgiveness, compassion

5th Chakra (Throat) is at the throat

        Some Principles: communication, expression

        Music Note: G

        Some Body Associations: thyroid, throat, neck

        Some Gems: turquoise, sodalite, blue topaz

        Some Qualities: communication, integrity

6th Chakra (3rd Eye) is between the eyebrows

        Some Principles: vision, psychic awareness, vitality of lower brain

        Some Body Associations: left eye, pituitary

        Some Gems: sapphire, amethyst

        Some Qualities: intuition, imagination, wisdom

7th Chakra (Crown) is at the top of the head (which keeps us connected with Creator)

        Some Principles: faith, vitality of the upper brain

        Music Note: B

        Some Body Associations: right eye, pineal gland

        Some Gems: diamond, purple flourite, quartz

        Some Qualities: inspiration, Divine wisdom, idealism
