Sebastian Jimenez 5.0 out of 5 stars - I felt like an archaeologist entering an enigmatic world full of mysticism and symbolism. Like every page had 3D hieroglyph that would open a new door. And eventually lead you into the beautifully considered portrayals of every soul in the story. With a richly described and pictured world, I didn't want to put the book down. There are so many multi layered beams of light in Seminal Being: Mirrors of the Gods. Like a multi dimensional adventure through the deepest questions and aspects of the Self, a journey through the ages that explores and tells a different story, a journey through a Mexico that we haven't seen and also a carefully detailed account of the ultimate journey off the beaten tracks to the inner lands. It's like you (Joan) painted the book with the same artistry you'd do with a painting.

Claire 5.0 out of 5 stars - I was enchanted by the story and couldn't put it down!   I've just finished reading the fabulous book, Seminal Being: Mirrors of the Gods,  by Joan Parrish Morency. It's thrilling and sweepingly beautiful, a melody warming my heart. Her first novel is brilliantly written! I highly recommend Seminal Being: Mirrors of the Gods. You will feel inspired to explore your own Soul's journey.

This is an unexpected work of art that is so much more than a great story! It has catapulted me to be more introspective about my own soul's journey and possible layers while reading an interesting account of the main character's encounters. My existential perspective has expanded just by simply reading "Seminal Being: Mirrors of the Gods." I am anticipating the pleasure of reading the rest of the series!
