The Sacred Healing Arts involves many tools and various aspects of wholeness, and each session is unique and personalized for each experience.  There are many documented benefits of using the healing arts through scent, sound, crystals, colour & light, visual art, divination techniques, taste, touch and symbolism; all aid in exploring the very blueprint of our souls, expressing our authenticity and finding balance in who we are via these various modalities.

For over 30 years, with studies in Aromatherapy, Kinesiology, Colour & Light Therapy, Sound, Crystals, Reiki, Herbology, Mayan Shamanism, Cosmology & Art Therapies; using these various  tools  and ancient teachings, in practicing the expressive  healing arts I have come to know myself as Artist & Healer as One. 

 It is my passion  and purpose in creating an atmosphere  to assist others through transformative stages in life using these formats in the  healing arts.   In sharing this experience on the journey called life, I welcome those also called  to participate and learn.

In providing space, tools and guidance, I believe that in this time of distanced reality it is important to maintain healthy one on one connections and environments to create and learn. 

NOTE:

The word ‘healing’ has become so very confused, as if somehow along the way we have adapted to thinking that another person or object or philosophy or doctrine is what ‘fixes” or “heals" all – physically, mentally & spiritually.

The true essence of healing is through integration and transformation to rejuvenate the cells of our being into balance.  We become nourished and illuminated with our own unique  expressions.

I am here solely  to assist via offering tools, knowledge and space.  There is no healer other than yourself.
