After this PA 481 travels for about 10 miles before coming to a intersection with Blizzard Mountain Pass Rd. PA 481 then travels for another 5 miles before coming to a intersection with Washington Rd. PA 481 travels for another 5.7 miles to its end at I-84 in Scranton, PA.
