Laws (New York / New Jersey / Pennsylvania)

As the governor of New York/ New Jersey & Pennsylvania, Governor Jordan has the below laws applying to all three states.

In NY/NJ/PA, The following laws apply for the Adult Industry.

Websites

Websites that host any adult content who has a server(s) or who is headquartered in NY/NJ/PA must use a .xxx domain.

ISP

 - All ISPs (Internet Service Providers) including wireless cell companys, must have a "Family Package" and a "Adult Package"

• • Family Package = Blocks all adult websites from any device using the household internet connection (or any family member on the same wireless plan)

  • Adult Package = Allows everything (minus illegal stuff) on any device or connection (to modem/router/wireless carrier)

Adult Clubs

- Any adult club must have the following :

• • Security/Bouncers at all access doors to clubs. (or cameras watching other doors like side exit or delivery door)

  • Security Cameras - on all areas of club to make sure to keep out minors (anyone under 18)

*Human/Pokemon Relationships / Human/Fur Relationships

Humans/Pokemon & Human/Fur relationships (including the adult parts) is allowed under strict laws :

• • Pokemon must not show arousal in public areas (or which they will be ticketed and made to wear cloths made for pokemon)

  • Furs must were underwear,shorts/pants
