Order Form

This Order Form - is a Google Documents TEMPLATE - you have hundreds to choose from

After you have saved it and modified it to what you need

IF YOU are going to put it on your WEB SITE - you have to SHARE it - Public on the WEB - everyone sees it

Create a new Page > Insert > Spreadsheet > Select the Spreadsheet

This is basically the VIEW - you can't update this

Scroll to the bottom of the screen - you can click the TABS to see other worksheets in the Spreadsheet

To Edit the Spreadsheet click the OPEN option under the Spreadsheet TABS

You may need to add a LINK to the Spreadsheet - and add the people you want to be able to update it.

We call this a FORM - but it is not a TRUE FORM in the sense that you can add to it with-in a web site.
