By Bus: Manali to Keylong - 115 km
By Trekking: Normally local hikers opt this way during retreating winters.They travel
through taxi up-to Gulaba and then start trekking to the Rohtang top.This dangerous
and adventurous trek is usually finished by them in a single day but it is up-to your
choice whether you want to take single or couple of days. Its really very exciting for
the trekkers.
By Air:- During winters also we can visit Lahoul
by air, It takes only 40-45 minutes to reach there. The nine halipads
where you can land are Jispa, Stingri,Rawa, Tindi, Udaipur, Tingret, Sissu,
Baring and Chowkhang.

ROHTANG PASS: Altitude:- 3,978 m
This Pass is the gateway of Lahoul from Manali. To enjoy the grandeur of Lahoul, you have to pass this way which has formed the subject matter of interesting description by various travellers.
BEAS KUND: Altitude:- 3,980 m
The 256 km long Beas has its source at an important place called Beas Kund on Rohtang top in the Pir Panjal range.
KHOKSAR: Altitude:- 3,140 m
It is the first shelter situated in Chandra valley. It provides meal to the travellers. It is the coldest place of Lahoul and the life during winters is very hard.
SISSU: Altitude:- 3,100 m
The temple of Raja Gephan is situated here. The long sream of water falling is also a memorable sight.
TANDI: Altitude:- 2,800 m
It is considered as 'Haridwar' of Lahulis. At Tandi, there is a confluence of two rivers Chandra and Bhaga, named as Chenab.
KEYLONG: Altitude:- 3,350 m
It is the headquarter of the district. The climate of Keylong is very dry. The best known monastries of Lahoul is situated near Keylong. It is the centre point for the tourists coming from any of the Passes.
