HA1014A2 PCHA1014A02 Voice record/playback module

This is a very useful voice record/playback module featuring the ISD 4003-04MS IC capable of recording and playing back voice recordings of up to 4 minutes. I obtained the module from a telephone so it would have been used for recording the messages that people leave when someone doesn't answer the phone.

It has a 10 way connector on the underside for interfacing as well as for powering the ISD 4003-04MS IC. As well as the IC the only other components are a few capacitors and resistors, all SMD's.

I have worked out the circuit myself which I have provided below. I have done my best to make sure it's accurate but please only use it as guidance in case there are any errors. If you do spot any mistakes please let me know so that I can update this page.
