Dear Colleagues,

after the previous four successful editions in 2014, 2016, 2018 and (on-line) 2020, we are happy to announce the fifth edition of Italian Soft Days, which will be held on-site in Bari on September 29 and 30, 2022. Additional information will be available on this website.

We kindly ask you to keep note of these dates and to do your best to participate and support the Italian Soft Matter community in Italy and abroad.

The conference will start in the morning of Thursday 29 and it will end in the afternoon of Friday, September 30, 2022.

Most of the features of the previous four editions, such as devoting particular attention to young researchers and granting free registration to everyone, will remain. There will be 6 regular sessions and each of them will start with a keynote or an invited speaker.

For this edition the following invited speakers confirmed their participation:

Prof. R. Mezzenga, ETH Zuerich,

Prof. J. Yeomans, University of Oxford.

It is particularly important to us that Italian scientists working abroad in Soft Matter-related topics participate in order to build and strengthen the connections. Please help us spread the word among your collaborators.

Registration and abstract submission will be open from January 17 until March 18, 2022.
