Team Fund

Donations to the team fund help cover tournament registration and hotel rooms. Player fees and university funding do not cover a full year of ultimate, and everyone knows that college students are generally cash strapped. Your donation ensures that the team can attend a number of quality tournaments throughout the fall and spring seasons. Please note that step 6 is important to ensure that your contribution is placed into the team account.

1) Visit the GiveToIowa website. This site is operated by the University of Iowa Foundation for secure donations.

2) Type your gift amount into the Hawkeye Fund box.

3) Click Check Out.

4) None should be checked under Additional Gift Options. Click Check Out.

5) Complete the Donor, Address, and Spouse information sections.

6) In the Comments about this gift or site box, write "Please attribute to the Ultimate Frisbee Club Fund - account #30-070-233."

7) Select your payment method. You can either pay online (the site provides instructions) or print the form to send in with a check.

8) Click Check Out and follow the instructions specific to your payment method.
