Doug winner of Area F-3 Evaluation Speech Contest

Congratulations to Doug Wheaton for winning first place in the Area F-3 Speech Evaluation contest and second place in the Tall Tales contest. Doug will represent our Area in the Division F contest scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2013, 1 pm at the Capital Group office in Irvine.
