Dear colleagues,
You will find attached the final program and the abstracts book of the conference:
"Climate and Societies in the Mediterranean during the Last Two Millennia: Current State Of Knowledge and Research Perspectives"
It will take place on March 8-9 2017 in the city of Aix-en-Provence (France) in the Mediterranean House of Humanities (http://www.mmsh.univ-aix.fr/), in the TELEMME Lab.
This meeting will aim to provide a forum for the exchange of informations between different communities interested in historical climate/societal interactions, including communities involved in paleoclimate reconstruction, climate modeling, tree-rings interpretation, documentary sources analysis, etc.
It is funded by two "Laboratories of Excellence" (LabEx) of my University : OT-Med (http://www.otmed.fr/) and LABEXMED (http://labexmed.mmsh.univ-aix.fr/), by the TELEMME Laboratory, the Research Consortium ECCOREV (https://www.eccorev.fr/) and the Mediterranean House of Humanities.
