1. Go to www.twitter.com
2. Sign up by giving your full name, email and creating a password

Step by Step

Creating a Twitter PLN (Personal Learning Network)

1. Create a twitter account
2. Create a twitter profile - add that you are a PE teacher and what your interests are and add a picture
3. Find some key people you like to follow depending on your interests. Don't worry - you can always "unfollow" people
4. When you find someone you like to follow, click on their followers list and look through the list to find other people to follow
5. Use hashtags to stay up to date with the info you want!

   3. Usually schools, organizations, conferences will create hashtags as well
6. Start with a few people to follow, the more you follow, the longer it will take you to read all the tweets and the more you should use #.
7. Download "TweetDeck" or "Tweetbot" to organize your tweetfeeds
