Building Usage

Horry County Schools District will rent designated areas within their facilities through a pre-arranged agreement with the Principal. During the rental, custodians will be paid, through Positive Pay, for their time and services rendered, if requested by the renter.

If heat or air will be needed during the time of usage, then a Work Order must be placed in advance to authorize the HVAC system to be activated for a specific period of time. This will be done by an authorized staff member.

Sports:

Custodians will be responsible for the preparation of play areas before and after school games. These responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Removing trash from bleachers

· Sweeping floor areas 

· Emptying trash cans 

· Cleaning restrooms 

· Cleaning locker rooms 

· Removing litter from hallways and parking areas
