The district also utilizes an automated calling system in the event of inclement weather. This will use phone numbers you have on file with Human Resources, so please keep that information up to date.
Employees reporting to work as requested -
Complete an complete inspect of your school.
Make note of any damage or clean-up that needs to be done. Report this to your Regional Manager, if your Regional Manager is unreachable, contact the Building Service Coordinator.
Keep notes on the number of hours worked and type of work you were doing for reporting to your Building Services Clerk each day of the inclement weather incident.
