Log in at My School Dude
Step 1 Make sure you see your name.
Step 2 Select the school location. Select the area. Type in the Area/Room Number, if applicable. Can lock in location by checking the box labeled yes under area.
Step 3 Select the Problem Type.
Step 4 Describe your problem or request, be as specific as possible.
Step 5 Type in the time available for Maintenance. (If conflict with room schedule)
Step 6 Take a picture of the problem area, if applicable and attach it to the work order.
Step 7 Enter your submittal password.
Step 8 Submit
The tab “My Request” allows you to see the work orders that have been submitted.
**For Surplus Furniture**
Make sure you have the Surplus Furniture request form below filled out, signed by the building principal, and attached to a work order under Furniture.
**Air Quality**
Put in order, fill the form out, and send to Terry Hucks.
