CUSTODIAN SUPERVISORS will
· sign the checklist and have the contractor sign it as well
· keep the checklist for your records only
· If the work is incomplete and the contractor does not correct the problem(s), then the unsigned invoice and a copy of the checklist will be given to the service provider, explaining the problem areas.
· If the service providers work after school hours, then they will be required to email the invoice to the Head Custodian. The Head Custodian will sign the invoice (if the work is completed of course) and return it to the contractor.
