Trailer Parking Area

The original Harvest Park development plan reserved a portion of the property for a trailer/RV/boat parking area as a buffer between the train tracks and the west town home section (at the end of Wysteria Dr. and Townhouse Dr, see map below). This was completed in spring of 2021, and is available for rental by homeowners in Harvest Park. There are eight longer stalls (up to 45 feet), and a large number of stalls for vehicles up to 30 feet in length. We have had very strong initial demand, and currently only one stall per owner can be rented, on a first-come first-served basis. 

2022 pricing  (subject to change): 

• Stalls up to 30 feet: $390 for 12 months when paid in advance for a full year (no refunds), or $40 if paid monthly (able to cancel with 30 days notice) 

• Stalls over 30 feet (up to 55 feet): $580 for 12 months when paid in advance for a full year (no refunds), or $55 if paid monthly (able to cancel with 30 days notice)
