This system, called Citizen Reporter allows you to click on a location where there is a problem, and create a request for the city to take action. This can include water leaks, city landscape issues, park issues, street lights that are out, trash or unsightly areas in town, potholes in the road, etc.

Water/Sewer/Trash: Mapleton City: http://www.mapleton.org/ (note, water service for some homes is provided through the HOA). Trash pickup is currently Monday morning (sometimes as early as 7am).
General Recycling: Recyclops (https://recyclops.com/locations/utah/mapleton/) acquired the local recycling business, Merrell Recycling, and has continued to provide curbside pickup locally. Collection day is Wednesday. They collect plastic, metals, and paper materials for recycling. More info available on the website.

TV options: Comcast, DirectTV and DISH are all options. Comcast may claim that they do not offer service in all areas, but service should be available on every lot. If you use a satellite provider you must comply with dish antenna placement guidelines. Contact a member of the Architectural Control Committee to make sure that the antenna location you are considering will be acceptable. Over-the-air digital TV broadcasts are also an option. There are a number of free stations with excellent reception here in Harvest Park, and Antennas can typically be placed in an attic or inside the home with a good quality signal.
