PRIOR ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE (for reference only):

Our annual meeting to review 2018 will be held on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019

Location: Mapleton City Building, 125 W. 400 N. Mapleton, UT 84664

Please arrive early, sign-in will start at 6:00pm, formal meeting will begin at 6:30pm

• All owners will receive a notice by mail listing the property or properties you own (note that the date has been changed from the printed notice)

  • If you are unable to attend please submit a proxy to help ensure that we meet quorum requirements. A proxy was included in the mailed notice, but you can also download a copy here: Proxy file to download

• Agenda will include:

  • Review of development growth, changes, and projects (both completed and still in the works)

  • Review of services provided and plans for upcoming year (landscape, snow removal, insurance)

  • Review of finances, budget for 2019, and dues

  • Review of proposed amendments to CC&Rs and vote on amendments (review proposed changes here)

  • Board member elections

• There are four board seats open. If you would like to run for a board seat, or would like to nominate someone else to run, please contact the board at hphoaboard@googlegroups.com.
