Insurance Information

For detailed information regarding the insurance coverage provided by the HOA in the HOA maintained areas (Silver Lear and Crescent townhomes) please see the document link at the bottom of the page. Note that the HOA Master Policy covers the entire structure, and fixtures attached to the structure above the amount of the policy deductible. It does not provide contents insurance. Homeowners in these areas should have a supplemental HO-6 policy to cover losses below the HOA deductible amount. The deductible is $25,000 per incident (note this is increased on April 13, 2019).

The agent currently handling the insurance for the Homeowners Association, for both general liability as well as for structural insurance for the Crescent townhomes as well as the Silverleaf (PUD) section homes, is Lamond Woods with Sentry West.  Contact information is below.  If you have questions regarding your coverage, or need an EOI (evidence of insurance) document you can contact his office.  When you contact the office, make sure you provide the address, and indicate that it is in Harvest Park Homeowners Association.
