Information Requests
When seeking documents, completion of forms, or other information in connection with a real estate transaction, please keep in mind that the Harper's Glen Townhouse Association is managed by volunteers. Prior to contacting HGTA, carefully review the information contained on our website. Please allow at least 2 weeks for HGTA to respond to any real estate inquiries.
Duplicate requests made by multiple parties about the same property often causes in confusion and delays in service. It is the requester's responsibility to coordinate with the involved parties and to allow ample time prior to settlement for HGTA to respond requests.
Rentals
The number or of rental units in Harper's Glen is limited to 24% of the total properties.
HGTA Assessments
HGTA has a quarterly assessment of $65, and an annual Capital Fund assessment of $30. If a property is in arrears at the time of sale, the outstanding debt must be paid by the purchaser.
Property Maintenance
Harper’s Glen homeowners are responsible for maintaining the exterior of their dwellings, structures and grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as proper removal of trash and structural maintenance. Exterior items that are broken, deteriorating, or missing parts are also subject to a violation citation. HGTA publishes Architectural Standards which address common issues concerning property maintenance and modifications. HOA Resale Documents
The HOA documents are available online under the "HOA Documents & Forms" page of the HGTA website. Please contact HGTA for the password to access these documents electronically.
