Architectural and property maintenance standards benefit our entire community by maintaining and adding value to Harper’s Glen properties, improving quality of life, and making the community more attractive. Harper’s Glen Residents and Homeowners are responsible for maintaining the exterior of their dwellings, structures and grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as proper removal of trash and structural maintenance. Exterior items that are broken, deteriorating, or missing parts are also subject to a violation citation.
HGTA strives to set reasonable property standards and to enforce them in a fair, even-handed manner. The HGTA ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES & STANDARDS are available below. This publication addresses common issues concerning property maintenance and modifications in our community. The goal is to make all homeowners fully aware of the community’s architectural standards so as to minimize confusion and violations of the standards, while maximizing compliance and understanding. Areas not covered by these standards may be discussed in subsequent additions to these standards or in the community newsletter. Questions about these standards should be addressed to the HGTA Board of Directors.
