What distinguishes Ghost Train from many other trail races? The effort and creativity involved to decorate the trail! If you've followed our Facebook group or seen pictures in the Hall of Fame on our web site, you know how people love seeing decorations!
How do they get there? Well, that is where our awesome Decorating Team comes in!
How are they removed so that we don't leave any trace behind, and so that we're responsible stewards of the trail? Well, that's also our awesome Decorating Team!!
What will you be doing?
On Saturday, assist with putting up various spooky decorations on the trail for the runners. This may be in the morning in Brookline, or the afternoon at the Milford DPW.
Decorations include the psychedelic rainbow tunnel, the monster tunnel, the campfire skeletons, various ghouls, and whatever else we may have!
On Sunday, help collect the various decorations from the trail.
When you check in, you'll be connected to a Team Captain who will provide more details on what tasks need to be performed.
This job is particularly fun, where runners will see you and be all excited to see you setting up skeletons, lights, and other, more spooky, things!
