Log into your Ultrasignup account. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! Don't have an account? Sign up! It's free.
Make sure the email you used to invite the person to your team is the SAME email address used for their Ultrasignup account. If they are different, the invitation won't work.
The Ultrasignup folks have told me the name on the invite should match the name on the Ultrasignup account, but I really think the email address is what matters most.
Lastly - if you have a person who accepted the invitation but their card is showing red, send me an email. (I can't remember the last status that it shows as - I'll have to edit this again later when I find one) There is a quirk with Ultrasignup and I can go into the RD screens and assign them to the right team. You'd think it would happen automatically. Sometimes it doesn't.
Team member statuses:
Invite Not Sent - pretty self explanatory. If you want to invite someone, enter the email/name and send an invite!
Pending Reply - the person hasn't replied to your invite yet. They need to do the steps above.
UGH - Status I can't remember! This needs intervention by the RD.
Registration Complete - Wahoo! All set!
