Greetings!
This week is our first ever discussion panel and we have an amazing group of panelists who are coming together to answer questions about Ghost Train, ultrarunning, and whatever else will help you achieve your goals! While we hope that you'll join us in person for a group run and the panel at Marathon Sports in Manchester, you can also join virtually. Here is all the info:

Group run: 6pm (all paces welcome!)
