February 5th Email (Sent to All 2025 Participants & Waitlist)

Hello runners!

This is a quick follow up from last week’s email about the registration issues.  As of now, I **think** (crossing fingers here!) that all double charges, double registrations, ghost registrations (if it wasn’t in this context, I’d love that term!), and any other problems have been resolved.

PLEASE 

– If you haven’t checked, make sure you are either on the entrants list or the waitlist in the correct race.  Don't forget to click on the correct race at the top of both pages.  If you don’t see yourself, please email me at ghosttrainrace@gmail.com.

- If you have a double charge to your credit card, please email Ultrasignup support at support@ultrasignup.zendesk.com and they will help you out.  Feel free to cc me at ghosttrainrace@gmail.com.  I don’t know when the deadline for these kinds of refunds would be, but let’s not find out!
