September 24th Email (Sent Only to Relay Teams)

Hello Relay Team Captain!

This is a quick reminder that your team must have all members finalized by 5pm on October 6th when we freeze the field for the 2023 Ghost Train Trail Races.  Please make sure that your team has all the team members listed by then.

30-Hour Relay Race Teams:  You may have up to 7 runners on your team.  Only team members that are registered by October 6th may participate as team members.

15-Mile Relay Teams:  You must have two team members registered by October 6th.
