Genealogy Sunshine Coast is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00am til 4.30pm.
We hold a couple of open days each year, and also some coffee and chat mornings.
Sometimes we have a book launch for a new publication or a special guest from the State Archives for example. dates and time will be posted here.

Our Open Days are a great opportunity to come into the centre for a day of sampling all the available records for free. Bring your research and show us what you need next, or just come along to get an idea of the things you could do. Come in and have a look around, have a chat and a cuppa, see the library, computers, photo, book and negative scanners, even microfiche readers, facilities for book publishing, and our vast digital collections of records, maps etc. We have a comprehensive library of world wide information. We have a huge digital collection of Local History material. We have Ancestry.com full library membership which allows access to all their records. 😊
