EPL paper on mean field theory and recent ER results

Here is an accepted paper on mean field theory techniques for memristive circuits:

that I honestly didn't have much time to work to get published. PNAS rejected the paper with basically good reviews, while PRL said (Serena Dalena) that they would send it to the referee if the paper is written "PRL like", which basically (I guess?) means for broad audiences. Anyhow, yesterday we got a big news from the LDRD:

Me, Andrey Lokhov, Marc Vuffray, Carleton Coffrin and Magdalena Dale won an ER (Experimental Research) from the Department of Energy, about experimental proof of principles of memristive circuits as QUBOs. Exciting! The project will start in September and will end 3 years later.
