THIS IS THE LEFT HAND FRONT WHEEL CYLINDER ON THE Mk1 FORD ESCORT DONOR VEHICLES .

To check whether it is the correct left handed cylinder , do the following ;
With the RUBBER COVERED PISTON END FACING RIGHT ,
Lay the cylinder down with the THREADED BRAKE PIPE END HOLES FACING YOU .
The HOLES where the MOUNTING BOLTS GO IN should be at the BOTTOM at the RUBBER COVERED PISTON END and the OTHER hole INLINE with the CENTRE of the CYLINDER .
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING PART NUMBERS ARE ONLY A GUIDE , SO BEST TO CHECK BEFORE BUYING !
