When I met you last December I was going through great transitions in my life.

i was there in the middle of nowhere (Soux Falls, SD)...

and you were there working hard in the gym.

I was running away and was most afraid,

My mom had just died, and I was recently divorced..... Do you remember?

Blessings to you from Mexico City, Your words and teaching has changed my life.

I have never had such happiness and success. ...and yes I'm still doing my push ups.
