There's maybe also a wait-time up to 11 days, because we

We do *expect*, that they send out a light-signal (and a lot of
radio-noise, NOT only at the frequenzy 1.42 GHz) at these
wait-time-pulses, because the most simple way to communicate,
I guess, is to use a big mirror (a parabol) in space (and use the
energy from the local star).
